When reusable Vlomkat material is embedded in a deliverable, Vlomkat grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and maintain that material as part of the deliverable for your business, including through contractors acting for you, but not to sell or license the reusable material separately. Third-party materials remain subject to their own license terms, and any different terms in the engagement agreement control.
